A consumer's nonaffiliated opt-out option refers to allowing a customer to
direct us not to disclose nonpublic personal information about the consumer to
a nonaffiliated third party, except in those situations permitted by law.
Celebration In A Box® does not share information with nonaffiliated third parties that
require that an opt-out option be given to our customers.
III. How Will We Handle Former Customers?
If you decide to become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the
privacy policies and practices described in this notice.
IV. What Are Our Security Procedures?
We are committed to the security of your financial and personal information. We
maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic
personal information.
Celebration In A Box® employees are prohibited from
discussing the affairs of customers and their finances, except with other
employees and outside professionals retained by
Celebration In A Box® and then
only to the extent necessary for business purposes. Violators are subject to
disciplinary action.
V. Celebration In A Box® Website:
Visitors to our website remain anonymous. We do not collect identifying
information about visitors.
Celebration In A Box® does use standard software to
collect non-identifying information about our visitors such as the date and
time that our site was accessed; IP address (numeric address given to servers
connected to the Internet); the web browser used; and, the city, state and
country.
Celebration In A Box® uses this information to create summary statistics and to
determine the level of interest in information available on our site.
Visitors may provide us with personal information via e-mail or through an
on-line form. This information is used to process the sender's request. The
information is not sold to other organizations. Customer information submitted
for on-line purchases are encrypted. This secured data transmission link
protects the confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
