Approximate delivery time is: East 1-3 days, West and Midwest 5 days, Alaska and Hawaii 7 days.

• Celebration In A Box^® requests physical street addresses and recommends delivery by Federal Express. If delivery is required to a Post Office Box, Celebrations are delivered via the USPS Priority Mail Service.
• Please call for availability and rates for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.

Ordering Information

• Please place orders for Cakes, Cookies, and Rice Crispies Birthday Kits by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time for same day shipping.
  
• Our Pookies®  are baked fresh to order each morning. Therefore, please place Pookies®  orders by 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time for same day shipping.
  
• We prepare Gift Packages and customized Rice Crispies Treats to your specifications. Therefore, these items must be ordered by 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time for same day shipping. Special requests may require additional time.
  
• Gift baskets are prepared upon request. Our gift specialists may require one to three days to prepare your basket depending on the quantity and on the items requested. Please contact us for details.

Weekend and Holiday Orders
Weekends and nationally observed holidays are excluded from delivery days. In addition, any orders placed over the weekend or holiday will be shipped no earlier than the next business day. Please contact us for delivery details.

Delivery Acceptance
All shipments to a business require a signature for delivery. Shipments to residences are released without a signature, unless otherwise requested.

Address Corrections
We must have an accurate and complete delivery address in order to have your order delivered in quality condition. If our shipping agent charges us for an address condition, it is necessary for us to pass the cost (usually $15) onto the person who placed the order. By placing an order with us, you agree to this and authorize this charge to your credit card. We will provide proof of this charge by shipping agent.

Shipment Packaging
Our products are shipped in our custom designed packaging, ensuring freshness and excellent condition upon arrival. All items are shrink-wrapped and shipped in a corrugated cardboard box. Cakes In A Jar are not shrink-wrapped as they are sealed in Mason® jars.

Multiple Items
If more than one gift item is being shipped to the same address, we will attempt to package the items together in order to reduce shipping changes. Our charge to you will reflect any savings.
