Here at Star Chevrolet we have started to use the the Celebration in a box cookies to boost our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Starting in September 2005 All New Chevrolet customers will receive a Thanks a Million Cookie Box, and a letter thanking them for their purchase and reminding them to give us a completely satisfied survey. As of November 15 2005 Our CSI has risen 4.62 percentage points.

What a pleasant surprise! Upon receipt of the delivery one Friday afternoon, we all gathered around to hear the music playing from the box. We quickly opened the box, to a beautiful musical Friday afternoon surprise!
